2021-22 (SENIOR): Placed in two events at the Mountain West Championships – 18th in the 1,650 freestyle, 24th in the 200 butterfly. … Set a personal best in the 100 free. … One of three team captains.

2020-21 (JUNIOR): Placed in all three of her individual conference races for the second consecutive season. … Posted top-three season times in two events.

2019-20 (SOPHOMORE): Assembled a strong backup season, with personal-best times in five events. ... Not only placed for the first time at the Mountain West Championships, but did so in all three of her individual events. ... She finished 13th in the 200 butterfly (2:03.40; 2:03.00 in the prelims), 15th in the 1,650 freestyle (17:13.94) and 21st in the 400 individual medley (4:27.64). ... 

2017-18 (FRESHMAN): Started her career by competing in a wide range of events, posting a season-best 5:00.54 in the 500 free, while also tackling the 1,000 (10:45.15) and 1,650 (18:09.61). ... Had season-best times in the butterfly of 59.22 (100) and 2:06.25 (200). ... Top time of 2:16.93 in the 200 IM and 4:31.52 in the 400 IM. 

High School: Hunter is a hometown product who has excelled in a variety of freestyle and IM events. At Fort Collins High School, she earned honorable mention all-conference honors and several academic accolades, including being named to the CHSAA Academic All-State First Team. She is also a National Honors Society and Math Honors Society member. She swam for the Fort Collins Area Swim Team under coach Michael Novell.
