Established in 1995, the Student Alumni Connection is the student branch of the Colorado State University Alumni Association. SAC is the largest student organization on campus with more than 4,000 members. SAC's mission is to cultivate pride and green-and-gold traditions by encouraging relationships among past, present and future Rams. These relationships are built through social events, leadership development, and connections with alumni while opening doors for opportunities and involvement within the university.

SAC is governed by the SAC Leadership Council. Council members also serve as student ambassadors at Alumni Association events. SAC is a member of the Association for Student Advancement Programs.
