July 15, 2010
By Zak Gilbert LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Colorado State’s water polo roster has 17 players and nearly half of that squad, eight student-athletes, have received academic all-conference honors. The conference in which the Rams compete, the Western Water Polo Association, made the announcement Thursday. Those Rams honored, with 2009-10 class, majors and cumulative grade-point averages:
Eligible student-athletes carried at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale), played in at least 50 percent of the team’s contests this past season, and were classified as full-time students that had completed a minimum of one semester or two quarters at their institutions.
