2012 (SOPHOMORE): Was named to the All-Mountain West team after averaging 10.74 assists and 2.20 digs per set... Also was effective at the net, averaging 0.78 kills and 0.85 blocks per set... Ranked first on the team with nine solo blocks, and ranked second in service aces (0.17 per set)... After being named the Rocky Mountain Invite tournament MVP (Aug. 25), she continued her hot play, posting a season-high 52 assists at Fresno State (Oct. 11)... In 29 matches, she registered eight double-doubles, and set single-match personal bests in kills (7), digs (17) and blocks (9) during the 2012 campaign... Down the stretch of conference play, she was a vital part of the offensive success, leading her team to a .291 hitting percentage during MW action, which ranked first... Through her sophomore season, already ranks ninth in CSU history with 2,258 career assists.
2011 (FRESHMAN):Was named the 2011 Mountain West Newcomer of the Year after ranking second in the league in assists (10.66 per set) and fourth in service aces (0.27 per set) during her freshman campaign... Recorded a double-double in four of her final regular-season games, including 49 assists and 10 digs at New Mexico State (Nov. 26)... Set a career high of eight total blocks at New Mexico State with a season-high seven block assists and one solo block... Hit .714 at Boise State (Oct. 20), with five kills and nine digs... Set an Mountain West season high with 66 assists at Wyoming (Oct. 8)... Also recorded her first career double-double and set career highs in kills (6), hitting percentage (.750), digs (13), block assists (5) and total points (9.5)... Had a solid performance in the Rams Volleyball Classic (Sept. 8-10), recording six kills on .667 hitting (6-0-9), two service aces, and averaging 10.27 assists, 2.36 digs and 1.09 blocksper set... Was very effective in win over Nebraska (Sept. 2), recording three kills on six attempts--including one play in which she attacked on consecutive touches--37 assists, two aces, eight digs and two blocks... Began her collegiate career with four consecutive matches with 30-plus assists... In her first match as a Ram, at Arkansas (Aug. 26), was one dig away from a double-double (30 assists, nine digs), also tallying three blocks and two kills in the win.
2010 (REDSHIRT): Redshirted her first season at Colorado State.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in volleyball at Lakes High School, and was a member of the Kent Juniors volleyball club... Led the Lancers to back-to-back appearances in the state tournament, the school's first bids in 31 years, finishing sixth in 2008 and fifth in 2009... Earned first-team all-state honors as the top setter and 3A South Puget Sound League Player of the Year as a senior in 2009... Selected as a second-team all-state honoree in 2008 and earned an honorable mention nod as a sophomore in 2007... Concluded her career at LHS with several records to her credit, having led the team in kills, assists, aces and blocks in each of her last two seasons... Also lettered twice in water polo.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Lisa Foss... Born in Eugene, Ore., on Dec. 7, 1992... Raised in Washington... Has an older brother, Daniel, and a twin sister, Tori, who plays volleyball at Evergreen State College in Olympia, Wash. ... Her cousin, Sabrina Hoeks, competed collegiately at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County... Earned her high school diploma from Internet Academy... Is a human development and family studies major at CSU.
