2013 (JUNIOR): Was named the Mountain West Setter of the Year and an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American after leading the league and ranking 10th nationally with 11.76 assists per set... Despite losing more than 70 percent of its offensive production from the year before, helped pace an offense that set a CSU record and ranked sixth in the nation for hitting percentage (.299)... Twice was named the MW Women's Volleyball Player of the Week... Earned Pepperdine Invitational MVP honors after leading CSU to a tournament victory in Malibu, Calif. (Sept. 6-7)... Led the team and tied for sixth in the MW with 0.29 service aces per set... Recorded five service aces in a three-set win over Air Force (Nov. 15), including four during a 9-0 CSU run... It marked just the fourth time since 2009 that a Ram has recorded five or more service aces in a match... Recorded a season-best 16 digs on two occasions... Added at least 50 assists, five kills and four blocks both time, including in a come-from-behind win at Utah State (Nov. 2)... Tallied a season-best seven blocks and season-high-tying six kills earlier in the season against Utah State (Oct. 10)... Finished the season with eight double-doubles... Among setters in the Pacific North Region, which includes half of the Pac-12, ranked first for assists, hitting percentage (.409), blocks (0.82 per set) and team hitting percentage, third for service aces, and fifth for kills (0.81) and points (1.55)... Appeared in all 109 sets, starting each match... Enters her senior season ranked sixth in CSU history with 2,258 career assists.
2012 (SOPHOMORE): Was named to the All-Mountain West team after averaging 10.74 assists and 2.20 digs per set... Also was effective at the net, averaging 0.78 kills and 0.85 blocks per set... Ranked first on the team with nine solo blocks, and second for service aces (0.17 per set)... In 29 matches - all starts - registered eight double-doubles... After being named the Rocky Mountain Invite MVP (Aug. 25), continued her hot play by posting a season-high 52 assists at Fresno State (Oct. 11)... Named to the Rams Volleyball Classic all-tournament team after recording a career-high nine blocks in a win over New Mexico State (Sept. 9), to claim the tournament title... Also that weekend, helped CSU sweep No. 12 Pepperdine (Sept. 7) with 35 assists and three kills on .400 hitting... Set a career high for digs (17) at Wichita State (Aug. 30), and one day later, set a personal best for kills (7) vs. No. 14 Tennessee (Aug. 31)... Was a vital part of the team's offensive success, leading CSU to a .291 hitting percentage during MW action, which ranked first... Earned a silver medal with the USA Volleyball A2 Program over the summer... After trying out in February, was selected to the 48-member program, training with the nation's top athletes for two weeks and being coached by volleyball legends, including Andy Banachowski, then the NCAA's all-time winningest coach.
2011 (FRESHMAN): Was named the 2011 Mountain West Newcomer of the Year after ranking second in the league for assists (10.66 per set) and fourth for service aces (0.27 per set)... Recorded double-doubles in four of the final five regular-season matches, including 49 assists, 10 digs and a then-career-most eight blocks at New Mexico State (Nov. 26)... Set a MW season high with 66 assists at Wyoming (Oct. 8), which remains a career best... Also recorded her first career double-double and set then-career highs for kills (6), hitting percentage (.750), digs (13), block assists (5) and total points (9.5)... Hit .714 at Boise State (Oct. 20), with five kills and nine digs... Had a solid performance in the Rams Volleyball Classic (Sept. 8-10), recording six kills on .667 hitting, two service aces, and averaging 10.27 assists, 2.36 digs and 1.09 blocks per set to help the Rams to the tournament title... Was effective in a victory over No. 5 Nebraska (Sept. 2), recording three kills on six attempts - including one play in which she attacked on consecutive touches, eventually getting the kill - 37 assists, two aces, eight digs and two blocks... Began her collegiate career with four consecutive matches with 30-plus assists... In her first match as a Ram, at Arkansas (Aug. 26), was one dig away from a double-double (30 assists, nine digs), also tallying three blocks and two kills in the win.
2010 (REDSHIRT): Sat out the 2010 season, using a redshirt.
HIGH SCHOOL: Is a 2010 graduate of Lakes High School in Tacoma, Wash. ... Led the Lancers to back-to-back appearances in the state tournament - the school's first bids in 31 years - finishing sixth in 2008 and fifth in 2009... Earned first-team all-state honors as the top setter and 3A South Puget Sound League Player of the Year as a senior in 2009... Selected as a second-team all-state honoree in 2008, and earned an honorable mention nod as a sophomore in 2007... Concluded her career at Lakes with several records to her credit, having led the team in kills, assists, aces and blocks in each of her last two seasons... Earned four varsity letters in volleyball... Also lettered twice in water polo... Was a member of the Kent Juniors Volleyball Club.
PERSONAL: Born Dec. 7, 1992, in Eugene, Ore. ... Raised in McKenna, Wash. ... Daughter of Lisa Foss... Has an older brother, Daniel, and a twin sister, Tori, who played volleyball at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Wash. ... Her cousin, Sabrina Hoeks, competed in volleyball collegiately at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County... Earned her high school diploma from Internet Academy... Is a black belt in karate... Is a human development and family studies major.
