Recorded personal best in the 200 Breastroke (2:18.75) and 400 IM (4:29.15) at the Mountain West Conference championships...Broke personal record in 100 Breastroke (1:04.30)...All-conference honors in 200 Breastroke...Scored 230 points during season.

Her best times came from the Mountain West Conference championships in the 200 IM (2:08.73) and 200 Breaststroke (2:22.15), and the Husker Invitational in the 100 Breaststroke (1:06.16)...Scored a total of 221 points for the season.

Won the consolation finals of both the 100 and 200 Breaststroke events at the MWC championships with lifetime-best performances...Also was the breaststroker on both medley relays that scored at conference...Swam a lifetime best in the 200 IM...Awarded CSU's Most Improved swimmer by her teammates at the program's end-of-year spring banquet.

St. Mary's Academy
Lettered in swimming all four years...Led the Wildcats to a league championship and sixth-place team finish at the state high school championships her senior year...Was elected team captain her senior year...Swam with coach Shawn Smith on the DU Hilltoppers club team.

Born Dec. 17, 1987...Daughter of Stanley and Deborah Loftness...Has an older brother, Brandon, an older sister, Meghann, and a younger brother, Jeremy...Enjoys hiking, climbing and outdoors...Majoring in sports medicine at CSU.
