2010-11 At the 2011 Mountain West championships, won the 200 Backstroke event with a time of 1:56.01, retaining her MW title and setting a school record...At the MW championships led off the 200 Medley Relay that set a school record at a time of 1:41.25...In the 400 Medley Relay helped to break a school record with a time of 3:42.51...In the 200 Freestyle Relay took the third-fastest time in CSU history with a time of 1:32.69...Continued to break records with great performance in the 400 Freestyle Relay for a third-place spot in CSU history with a time of 3:22.98, and in the 800 Freestyle Relay at the MW championships led off the relay team that set the fourth-fastest time in the CSU history books with a time of 7:27.10...Each of these relay performances were fast enough to break NCAA B standards...Was also named all-conference athlete for third-straight year for performance in both the 100 and 200 Backstroke events, with a time of 53.49 in the 100 Backstroke and 1:56.01 in the 200 Backstroke...Both of these times also earned NCAA B...At the MW championships also jumped into the CSU record books for the fourth-fastest time in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 1:50.79, and the third-fastest time in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 50.33...Was honored as MW scholar and academic all-conference athlete for her academic performance throughout the year with a 3.62 GPA.
2009-10 A perennial all-conference athlete, at the 2010 Mountain West championships, won the league's two backstroke events...Placed first in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 54.11 seconds, and first in the 200 Back with a time of 1:56.27, a CSU record and her personal best...Also at the MW championships, placed fifth in the 200 Medley Relay, fifth in the 200 Free Relay, fifth in the 400 Medley Relay and seventh in the 400 Freestyle Relay...Scored 312.75 points on the season...Her GPA of 3.568 also gave her academic all-conference honors.
2008-09 At the U.S. Open LC Swimming Championships in Seattle, Wash., recorded a then- personal best in the 200 Backstroke (2:18.75), placing 41st out of 84 competitors, and placed 35th of 97 in the 100 Backstroke (1:03.89)...The fourth leg in the 200 Freestyle Relay team, helped to break the school record with a time of 1:32.09...Swam backstroke in the record-breaking 200 Medley Relay team (1:41.85)...Clocked personal best in the 100 Freestyle (50.33) and 50 Freestyle (23.00) at the Mountain West championships...Broke a school record and personal-best time in the 100 Backstroke at the Mountain West championships (52.95), which placed her on top of the podium with a gold medal... Her 100 Backstroke time logged was Mountain West meet and conference record...earned all-conference honors in 200 Medley Relay, 100 and 200 Backstroke...Scored 508.5 points on the season and was team leader in points at Mountain West championships with 76...Placed 48th in both the 100 and 200 backstroke preliminary events at the NCAA championships... Elected Mountain West Swimmer of the Week in October...Most Valuable Swimmer at UNLV/SDSU duals and TCU/North. Texas duals...Awarded academic all-conference with a 3.769 GPA.
Brighton High School Earned four varsity letters in swimming and three varsity letters in volleyball...Earned all-conference recognition from 2004-08, and all-state accolades in both 2007 and `08...The 2008 Fox Prep MVP, she also received Athlete of the Week honors from the Denver Post...Was an All-American in both 2007 and `08 in the 100 Backstroke...Won the 5A state championship in the 100 Backstroke in both 2007 and `08...Currently holds nine BHS school records...Team captain in 2008...Swam for North Jeffco Swim Team.
