Martha Davis joins the 2010 Rams coaching staff after concluding her Middle Tennessee State career as one of the most successful players in program history. Davis led the team her senior season in multiple offensive categories including batting average (.296), hits (45), home runs (6), RBI (30), total bases (71), slugging percentage (.467) and defensive assists (156). She also led the team with 10 multiple-hit and nine multiple-RBI games during her senior campaign. She was named the Middle Tennessee State Female Athlete of the Year her senior year as well as second-team all-Sun Belt Conference for the second time in her college career.

At Colorado State, Davis will be responsible for assisting coaches during practices as well as helping players improve their offensive and defensive skills.

Davis graduated from Middle Tennesse State with a bachelor's degree in physical education in 2009 and is planning on pursuing her master's in administration.
