Women's Golf Preview: Rams set sights on Mountain West Championships

CSU takes on nine-team field in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

2014-15 (Junior): Competed in seven tournaments with the Rams this season...Was the overall leader for the team at the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational, where she became the first team member to register a top-20 finish of the season with her 7-over score of 151...Tied for 11th place in the Mountain West Championship, this is the first time CSU has had two top-15 finishers at the MW Championships since 2011...Averaged 75.8 strokes per round in 20 rounds.

2013-14 (Sophomore):
Competed in four events, including the final threetournaments,for the Rams, averaging a 79.67 per round...At the MountainView Invitational, set career-bests shooting a three-round total of 221 and finishing in a tie for 19th-place, her first career top-20 finish...Earned Mountain West academic honors...Qualified for the last ever U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links.

2012-13 (Freshman):
In her first collegiate season competed in eight tournaments for the Rams and one individually... In her lone individual tournament, the MountainView Collegiate hosted in Tucson, Ariz., shot a career-best three-round total of 229... Shot a two-under 70 at the Price's "Give `Em Five" Intercollegiate in Las Cruces, N.M. ... Compiled a stroke average of 79.29 in 27 rounds of play... Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete award, the highest academic honor bestowed by the conference and Mountain Westacademic honors.

2011-12: Sat out using a redshirt.

Silver Creek High School: Competed for all four years in golf... Was a four-time all-conference and all-region player... Was the conference and regional player of the year in 2010-11... Was all-state honorable mention in 2010-11... Led the team to four conference championships from 2008-11... Team regional champs and state champs in 2009... Earned academic all-state honors for three years from 2009-11... Was a five time recipient of the Presidential Award... Also competed in swimming...
