One of two Rams to earn all-conference honors… Became the first CSU athlete to win conference Player of the Year since the formation of the Mountain West in 1999-2000 (co-winner with Fresno State’s Alex Sheedy)... She led the league in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.17) and minutes played (34.8), was ranked second in assists per game (5.0) and eighth in 3-pointers made (1.7)… Was named MW Player of the Week twice in consecutive weeks (Nov. 24 and Dec. 1)… Registered every possible minute on the court in six contests, including a four-game streak with 206 consecutive minutes of action… Led the team in minutes played (34.8), scoring (10.7), assists (141), steals (36), assist-to-turnover ratio (2.17), three-point field-goal percentage (.385) and free-throw percentage (.827)… Led Colorado State in assists in team-high 17 matchups… Named first-team Capital One Academic All-District 7.

Ranked in six Mountain West categories, including third in assists (148), fourth in assists/turnover ratio (1.7, 148 assists, 86 turnovers), fifth for minutes played (1112), sixth in free throw percentage (.803), 14th in three point field goal percentage (.344), and 29th in scoring (11.2 points per game)... Received academic all-conference and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

Began her collegiate career in 2011-12under then Head Coach Tim Moser at Alaska Anchorage... Started 34 of 35 games in rookie season...Averaged 5.7 points and 3.3 assists per game...Awarded Great Northwest Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year.
Captain of the youth Danish national team for three consecutive years... Earned MVP honors for the Hoersholm 79ers in 2010-11... Led the 79ers to two junior national titles... Averaged 9.6 points and 4.9 rebounds in 27 games.
Born Gritt L. Ryder on Sept. 11, 1992 in Hoersholm, Denmark... Daughter of Karen Ryder and Claus Hansen... Business administration major at Colorado State.
