In the 40-man field, San Diego State’s Tom Berry and Alex Kang pace the field at 5-under-par 137.
Sophomore Parker Edens and Freshman Cameron Harrell are tied in 21st place with scores of 74-72--146 (+4) and 75-71--146 (+4) respectively. Senior Michael Wuertz is tied in 31st place with a 150 (+8).

“All the guys played real solid and consistent,” said Bermel. “Not great golf today but pretty steady. It looks like there are five teams bunched up here and we need all five guys playing really well on Sunday. We aren’t out of this, but we’ll need a very good round on Sunday to come out on top.”
