FRESNO, Calif.-  Colorado State regressed in its final round of the Fresno State Lexus Classic, as the Rams finished the event in 10th place.  The Rams shot a 373 (+13) on the day, ending the tournament with a three-round score of 1097 (+17).

Head Coach Christian Newton was disappointed in his team's finish, but knows there is still a lot of golf to be played this spring.

"We have two very important events coming up and have a lot of good golf left in us," said Coach Newton.  "I hope to get a lot of good play and practice in the next 10 days leading up to our event in Phoenix."

Sophomore Cameron Harrell continued his savvy play, as his final round score of 71 (-1) gave him a 54-hole score of 213 (-3).

"It felt pretty good," said Harrell.  "Rolled the ball pretty well but couldn't really get many putts to fall, but overall it was good and I finished the tournament well."  Harrell carded five birdies on the day in comparison to only two bogies.  Harrell finished in a share of 13th place.
