FORT COLLINS, Colo. – In preparation for the upcoming seasons of Ram football and volleyball, group tickets for both are now on sale including exciting opportunities on and off the field.

Starting Friday, July 10th, discounted ticket prices are available for groups of 20 or more. Many of the popular experience packages from last year are returning for 2009.

Football group ticket prices are $20 for groups of 20 or more, known as the Field Goal package.  The Touchdown package includes a free CSU Rams “Defend the Fort” t-shirt and vouchers for a free stadium hot dog and soda with each ticket.  Touchdown package tickets are $25 each.

Also for home football games, kids can be on the field and help form the tunnel the football players run through with the Ram Tunnel package. The Recognition package will allow someone from a group to be recognized on the field prior to a home football game with a CSU Athletics coach.

CSU Athletics is also launching a new Fundraising Package that allows non-profit groups the opportunity to raise money for their organization while selling football tickets.  A participating non-profit group would sell $20 group tickets at a $25 price and keep $5 for every ticket sold.

When CSU volleyball returns home to Moby Arena where they hold a dominating 170-21 record under Head Coach Tom Hilbert, volleyball group ticket prices are $4 each for groups of 20 or more.  High Five Tunnel packages are $4, CSU High Five Intros are $10 each and Super Spike packages are $8 each.

The Super Spike package includes a free CSU t-shirt and soda with each ticket purchased. Kids can be on the court and form a tunnel for the volleyball players to run through with the High Five Tunnel package.

Or with the CSU Hive Five Intros deal, kids can be on the court for pre-match introductions and slap high fives with the players.

The benefits and perks program for group leaders is also back in 2009.  Group leaders put in a lot of hard work to organize a fun outing for their group.  CSU Athletics rewards these group leaders with incentives and perks such as free parking, free tickets, merchandise and autographed pictures from coaches.  The benefits and perks are based on different ticket levels.  The more tickets a group purchases, the more items the group leader gets.

Information how to reserve group tickets can be found at www.csurams.com/groups or by calling 1-800/491-RAMS.
