FORT COLLINS, Colo. - With the Colorado State football home opener just 10 weeks away, single-game tickets for the Rams' 2009 home slate, and a limited number of CSU vs. CU tickets, will go on sale to the public at 8 a.m. MT Monday.

The Rams, under second-year Head Coach Steve Fairchild, will look to build upon their 7-6 finish to the 2008 season, which included a 40-35 New Mexico Bowl victory over Fresno State, playing host to six exciting games, including rivalry games against Wyoming and Air Force, and a matchup against 2008 Sugar Bowl Champion Utah.

The Colorado State Department of Athletics offers a number of ways for fans to purchase single-game tickets, including online at www.CSURams.com, in person at the CSU ticket office, and over the phone at 1-800/491-RAMS.  Single-game tickets can also be purchased throughout the season at any TicketsWest outlet found in King Soopers and City Market locations throughout Colorado.

Affordable single-game ticket prices start at just $25 dollars for adult seats in the north end zone of Sonny Lubick Field at Hughes Stadium.  Sideline tickets for all games, with the exception of Utah (homecoming) and Air Force, are available for $30.   Premium game ticket prices (Utah and Air Force) are $40 for the west sideline.  Special pricing is also available for children (ages 3-17) at $15.

Single-game ticket prices do not include applicable service charges.

CSU vs. CU game tickets
CSU's ticket allotment for the annual showdown between Colorado State and the University of Colorado, one of the nation's premiere college football rivalries, will be available to both the general public and the CSU student body beginning Monday morning.

University officials said that 1,200 tickets, including a minimum of 500 for CSU students, remain from CSU's original allotment, which has been on sale to Ram Club Members and season-ticket holders since June 10.

Tickets for the Sept. 6 matchup at Folsom Field can only be purchased in person at the CSU athletic ticket office, by calling 1-800/491-RAMS, or online at www.CSURams.com.  Tickets are priced at $65 each, plus a $7 service fee per order.

Students wishing to purchase tickets must use their designated Colorado State University e-mail address when setting up an account for online orders.

Mini Plans
in addition to season tickets which are still available starting at $125 in the North end zone, Colorado State offers two mini plans, the "Pick 3" and "Pepsi 4-Pack," allowing fans more flexibility with their schedules and budgets.

The "Pick 3" mini plan allows fans to purchase sideline tickets to any three home games, excluding the homecoming matchup vs. Utah on Oct. 10, for just $66.

The "Pepsi 4-Pack" mini plan is available for select dates - Sept. 12 vs. Weber State, Sept. 19 vs. Nevada, Oct. 24 vs. San Diego State, and Nov. 27 vs. Wyoming - and gives fans four north end zone tickets to the desired game plus vouchers for four hot dogs or pretzels, four Pepsi products and a free parking pass* for $80.

*Free parking will not be available for will call orders placed less than two weeks prior to the home event.
