As the Colorado State football team wraps up the second week of its offseason "Ram U" strength and conditioning program today, we asked cornerbacks Shaq Bell and Bernard Blake to take fans inside the program.

Bell, a junior from Kissimmee, Fla., and Blake, a sophomore from Bastrop, Texas, answered those questions and more in today's look inside "Ram U."
