2012 (Senior): During his senior campaign, saw action in nine games including five starts. Tiedgen finished the year with 13 tackles and a force fumble.

  • In his first start of the year in Colorado State's home-opener vs. North Dakota State (Sept. 8), registered three tackles.
  • Posted three tackles in CSU's first true road test at San Jose State (Sept. 15), as well as his only tackle for loss.
  • In the Rams' home defeat to Utah State (Sept. 22), had two assisted tackles.
  • Left the game at Air Force (Sept. 29) with a knee injury. Before exiting the contest, had a solo tackles in the first quarter.
  • After missing three games he returned to the field against rival Wyoming (Nov. 3) and was named a weekly team captain by his teammates and coaches.
  • Recorded one tackle at home against UNLV (Nov. 10) and on the road at Boise State (Nov. 17).

2011 (Junior): Slowly worked his way back after missing nearly a year of practice, due to a shoulder injury that sidelined him during spring 2010, and a knee injury sustained during the ensuing summer...Played in 11 games with one start...Had 10 total stops (four solo), 1½ tackles for loss and a sack...Shifted from defensive end to defensive tackle prior to spring 2011...In season-opening win at New Mexico (Sept. 3), played his first game since Nov. 27, 2009...Did not dress for home opener vs. Northern Colorado (Sept. 10), for violation of team rules...In fourth quarter of exhilarating win at Utah State (Sept. 24), collapsed the pocket to sack Chuckie Keeton on second-and-10, with USU on the doorstep of the red zone in a 14-13 game; the play, his first sack since Sept. 19, 2009, kept the Aggies out of field-goal position and helped to force a punt...Played much of the game in 38-31 loss vs. San Jose State (Oct. 1)...In first quarter of loss at UNLV (Oct. 29), on his 22nd birthday, hurried QB Sean Reilly to help force a CSU interception, returned 52 yards by LB Shaquil Barrett for a go-ahead TD...Started season-ending loss vs. Wyoming (Dec. 3), at defensive end, his first nod since Nov. 21, 2009.

2010 (Sophomore): After missing spring practice with a shoulder injury, tore his ACL playing basketball in May and missed the entire 2010 campaign.

2009 (Freshman): Played in 11 games and started seven, all in sucession over the final three-quarters of the season...Totaled 24 tackles (10 solo), three stops for loss and ½ sack...Made his college debut early in 24-23 win vs. Weber State (Sept. 12)...Also saw several defensive snaps in 35-20 win vs. Nevada (Sept. 19), sharing his first career sack, dropping Colin Kaepernick on first-and-goal at the Rams' 13 late in the game...Saw significant action in conference-opening loss at No. 19 BYU (Sept. 26)...Replaced Ty Whittier (stinger) in the lineup and made his first career start in bitter 31-29 loss at Idaho (Oct. 3)...Also started in Whittier's place in losses vs. Utah (Oct. 10) and at No. 8 TCU (Oct. 17)...Also started in loss vs. SDSU (Oct. 24) and picked up a first-quarter hurry on an early third down, forcing a punt...Drew the nod again in loss vs. Air Force (Oct. 31) and picked up a hurry in the second half, then combined on a third-down stop in the fourth quarter...Started his sixth straight game in loss at UNLV (Nov. 7); posted a pair of tackles for loss, including an athletic third-quarter play to drop Mark Barefield in the backfield.
2008: Redshirted as a true freshman in his first year of college eligibility.
