As a senior at Muskogee (Okla.) High School, made 26 catches for 274 yards and two touchdowns, and added 668 rushing yards and seven touchdowns on just 120 carries...Also played cornerback, finishing with 60 tackles and seven pass breakups, helping the Roughers to a 7-4 record...Scored on touchdown runs of 80 and 43 yards, and caught an 80-yard touchdown, all in the second quarter of a 39-37 win over Page, finishing the contest with 243 yards from scrimmage...Gained 223 yards as a junior...As a sophomore, rushed 48 times for 223 yards and four touchdowns...Runs the 40-yard dash in 4.4 seconds...Had an offer to run track at Oklahoma...Owns personal bests of 21.36 seconds in the 200 meters, and 49.2 seconds in the 400...Finished fifth in the 200 meters at the 2008 Class 6A Oklahoma state championships (22.03 seconds)...Head football coach was Matt Hennesy...Also recruited by Arkansas, Kansas State and Tulsa.
