2007 (Senior): A two-year starter and big-play defender, played in all 12 games with 11 starts, recording 65 tackles (52 solo), seven passes broken up, and eight tackles for loss...Despite playing cornerback, led the Rams and ranked among MWC leaders with eight stops behind the line of scrimmage...Dropped Byron Ellis for 2-yard loss in second half at Colorado (Sept. 1), among four total tackles...Added five stops and broke up a pass vs. No. 10 Cal (Sept. 8)...At Houston (Sept. 22), diagnosed a screen and dropped RB Chris Gilbert for a 6-yard loss at the Cougars' 2-yard line, one of a career-best 11 tackles (seven solo) on the day...Broke up two passes vs. San Diego State (Oct. 6)...Had a pair of stops and one pass defensed vs. Air Force (Oct. 13)...In CSU's emotional first win, at UNLV (Oct. 20), delivered two tackles for loss over a three-play span during a first-quarter series, forcing the Rebels to settle for a field goal...At New Mexico (Nov. 10), blew up a first-quarter screen to drop RB Rodney Ferguson for a 1-yard loss, then floored Marcus Smith for a 2-yard loss at the Lobos' 4-yard line in the third quarter...Diagnosed a screen pass and dropped Georgia Southern (Nov. 17) for a 2-yard loss, among six solo tackles in win over Eagles...In collegiate finale, vs. Wyoming (Nov. 23), registered an eighth tackle for loss, then delivered another big hit late in the third quarter, dropping Michael Ford on third down to force a Cowboys punt and preserve a 27-21 Rams lead. 2006 (Junior): Started at cornerback in each of his 10 games played...Sat out games vs. Air Force and Wyoming due to injury...Recorded four total tackles and one-half sack vs. San Diego State...Made five unassisted tackles and added one pass breakup vs. Utah...Made four unassisted tackles and one pass breakup vs. BYU...Had five total tackles and two pass breakups vs. New Mexico...Had five tackles and one pass defensed vs. Nevada...Had six tackles against Colorado...Made one sack vs. Weber State in the season opener. 2005 (Sophomore): Played on special teams and as a reserve in the secondary against Navy in the Poinsettia Bowl...Recovered a fumble against TCU...Named MWC special teams Player of the Week after a four-tackle performance and a fumble recovery against Wyoming. Junior College: Credited with 60 tackles, six pass interceptions and 10 pass deflections at West Los Angeles Junior College...Played one season at the school before signing with Colorado State...A first-team junior college all-state selection in 2004. High School: Played at Dorsey High School in Los Angeles and was named to the all-city team as a senior defensive back and running back...As a senior, made 128 tackles, including 28 for loss, had three interceptions and blocked one punt and two field goals...Also rushed for four touchdowns and scored another by returning an interception...Was the co-MVP of his conference as a senior, when he also earned first-team all-league honors.
