2010 (Freshman): Pressed into service by the season-ending Week 5 knee injury to Scott Albritton, played in eight games, handling every snap over the final 75 percent of the season...Did not record a tackle...Made his college debut in loss vs. No. 5 TCU (Oct. 2), snapping for a punt late in the first half and the entire second half...Earned academic all-conference following the season. 2009: After enrolling at CSU in January, redshirted as a true freshman in his first season of college eligibility. High School: A first-team all-Front Range League selection at Fort Collins High School as a 2007 senior, was one of the top linebackers in the state of Colorado....A team captain, was named defensive MVP while leading the Lambkins to the playoffs...A four-year varsity letterwinner, was on two Lambkins conference championship teams and helped FCHS make the playoffs all four years of high school, advancing to the state semifinals two times...An academic all-conference selection, was honored as the best player of his class every season...Head coach was Eric Rice...Was a teammate of former CSU players Matt Yemm, Scott Zick and Zach Donaldson.
