2011 (Junior): A second-year starter and former running back, played in 11 games with six starts...Finished second on the team in both receptions (26) and receiving yards (396), averaging 15.2 yards per catch, with two touchdowns...Also carried six times for -3 net yards...Started the season-opening win at New Mexico (Sept. 3), and made a pivotal, 27-yard reception late in the first half, getting his feet down barely in bounds; one play later, CSU took the lead with a TD pass to Crockett Gillmore; also had a first-down run on the game-winning TD drive in the fourth quarter...In home-opening win over Northern Colorado (Sept. 10), converted a third-down play with a 15-yard catch in the second quarter...Led the Rams with four catches in exhilarating win at Utah State (Sept. 24), including an 18-yard reception to set up a late-second-half FG that put CSU on the board; one play before the catch, had lost 15 yards on an end-around carry...Had a career day in 38-31 loss vs. San Jose State (Oct. 1), with 149 receiving yards and two touchdowns, both personal bests; fought off defenders to haul in a 41-yard TD to put CSU on the board in the first quarter, then caught a 25-yard strike in the second quarter...In second quarter of loss vs. No. 5 Boise State (Oct. 15), drew an important pass-interference penalty on a touchdown drive...Late in loss at UTEP (Oct. 22), sustained a blow to the head after making a catch...Converted an early third down in loss at UNLV (Oct. 29), then got open to catch a key 31-yard pass on the Rams' final drive...In windy, 18-15 loss vs. San Diego State (Nov. 12), caught a first-drive pass and broke a tackle for 17 yards, one play before the Rams' first TD...Late in the first half of loss at No. 19 TCU (Nov. 19), hauled in a 29-yard catch to set up a field goal.

2010 (Sophomore): A gifted playmaker in a deep offensive backfield, was permanently moved to WR after spring practice and played in all 12 games, with nine starts...Led the team with 474 receiving yards, on 34 catches (13.9 avg.), with two TDs...Also had 61 yards on 16 carries (3.8 avg.), with one TD, and returned one kickoff for 19 yards...At Miami-Ohio (Sept. 18), made his first career start; nearly scored on a key fourth-down reception in the third quarter with the Rams fighting to climb back in the game, but a penalty wiped out the 36-yard play...In dramatic 36-34 win vs. Idaho (Sept. 25), made a second straight start and converted an early third down with a 12-yard catch; then, with the Rams down 13-0 late in the first half, hauled in a 16-yard catch to pierce Vandals territory despite a pass-interference call (declined), giving the Rams important yards en route to their first TD; also had an 11-yard catch wiped out by penalty...In loss at No. 25 Air Force (Oct. 9), had 55 yards of combined offense, including a pair of reverse runs for 31 yards; scored on the first reverse, a 13-yard sweep around left end to put the Rams on the board...Later in Falcons contest, his 18-yard run, longest of his career, set up another CSU TD...In 43-10 win vs. UNLV (Oct. 16), caught just two passes but they were the longest pair of receptions in his career; first, beat his man down the middle on a 55-yard reception late in the first quarter, setting up a TD, then in the second quarter used his speed to separate from a CB and snag Pete Thomas' perfectly placed ball down the right sideline for a 73-yard score...The last reception was the longest pass by a CSU team in two years and completed a two-play, 94-yard drive in 40 seconds, giving him his first 100-yard receiving day...His 64.0 yards per catch vs. UNLV was the best single-game effort by an MWC player in 2010...At No. 9 Utah (Oct. 23), made a diving 19-yard reception and drew a late-hit flag to help set up a second-quarter FG...In 38-14 win vs. New Mexico (Oct. 30), put the Rams on the board with a game-tying, 43-yard TD catch in the first quarter, beating his man to the ball, then dragging him the last 8 yards into the end zone...Later in the same quarter, his 20-yard end-around run helped to set up another CSU TD...At SDSU (Nov. 6), caught a career-best seven passes, two in the fourth quarter, one of which went for 19 yards on the Rams' TD drive that brought CSU to within one score, 24-19; also threw a pass -- his first career attempt -- overshooting QB Pete Thomas for a sure TD on the Rams' first drive; converted a third-and-8 with a key second-quarter reception...Against BYU (Nov. 13), caught five passes for 54 yards, including a 12-yard grab to convert a third-and-4 on the Rams' lone TD drive, in the fourth quarter.

2009 (Freshman): Played in 11 games as a RB and kickoff-return man...Had 147 yards on 42 carries (3.5 avg.), scoring twice, and caught 13 passes for 221 yards and another two TDs...Also returned 15 kickoffs for 288 yards (19.2 avg.), an extra dimension that helped persuade coaches to use him as a true freshman...Sat out the opener at Colorado (Sept. 6), then made his college debut in 24-23 win vs. Weber State (Sept. 12), seeing significant snaps...First entered contest during initial period, and actually caught a pass on his first play, but a holding penalty wiped out the yardage...In conference-opening loss at No. 19 BYU (Sept. 26), returned kickoffs during the second half, including a 25-yarder late in the game...Broke out in bitter 31-29 loss at Idaho, with four catches for 74 yards, including his first career TD, a gorgeous, 39-yard screen pass in which he broke a tackle then raced most of the yards after the catch, bringing the Rams to within two points in the final 2 minutes; two plays earlier, made a one-handed catch to gain critical yards and move the chains...Earlier in Vandals contest, broke a tackle on a 20-yard gain during a first-quarter TD march, moved the chains on another TD drive late in the first half, and provided a spark with a 38-yard kickoff return, setting up a third-quarter FG...Scored his first career rushing TD late in 34-16 loss vs. Air Force (Oct. 31), a 2-yard blast; set up the score with a 10-yard run to the Falcons' 2...In loss at UNLV (Nov. 7), had 122 all-purpose yards, including 65 rushing; set up a game-tying TD with a 7-yard run off a Statue of Liberty play in the second quarter, then on a third-quarter FG drive, had three carries for 22 yards, including a third-and-1 conversion, and a physical 13-yard effort in which he broke a tackle at first contact...Also had a 14-yard run, dragging several tacklers with him over the final few yards...In last-second loss at New Mexico (Nov. 21), led all players with 76 receiving yards, including a go-ahead 50-yard TD late in the third quarter; earlier, had a 13-yard carry on the Rams' game-tying TD drive in the first quarter, and made a nice move to break a tackle and gain 20 receiving yards to convert a third-and-8 on a long third-quarter drive...In 17-16 loss vs. Wyoming (Nov. 27), gave the Rams a 6-0 lead with an 8-yard TD run.

High School: Rushed for 734 yards in seven games and scored 12 touchdowns on just 102 carries as a senior at Conroe (Texas) High School, helping the Tigers to a 6-4 record and a playoff berth... Named second-team District 14-5A and the 10th-best running back in Texas by Recruiting Insider...A team captain, in the first half alone against Westside, rushed for 158 yards and four touchdowns...Had 172 yards and a touchdown vs. Seven Lakes...Rivals.com ranked him as the 44th-best running back in the country and the No. 94 overall player in the state of Texas...As a junior, rushed for 812 yards and 13 touchdowns as Conroe made the playoffs for the first time since 1999...Earned first-team all-district honors as a junior, and was named the district's Newcomer of the Year in 2006...Head coach was Roger Holtkamp...As a sophomore, rushed for 627 yards and eight TDs...Chose Colorado State over offers from Georgia Tech, Syracuse, Houston, Iowa State, Ole Miss and Baylor, and drew interest from several other schools.
