2009 (Senior): Saw action in all 12 games, primarily on special teams...Picked up four tackles (three solo) on the year...Broke his wrist in 24-23 win vs. Weber State (Sept. 12), but returned to action just one week later, with a cast, in 35-20 win vs. Nevada (Sept. 19)...Earned academic all-conference following the season.

2008 (Junior): Played in eight games, including the New Mexico Bowl (Dec. 20), all in a special-teams role...Made two coverage tackles...Saw his first collegiate action in Game 4 at Cal (Sept. 27).

2007 (Sophomore): Spent the season as a varsity reserve in the defensive secondary.

2006 (Freshman): Battled injury much of the season and did not play.

2005: Redshirted as a true freshman in his first year of college eligibility.

High School: Received all-conference honors twice and all-area honors in 2004 at Skyline High School in Longmont, Colo. ...Named MVP of the Skyline High School football team...Received the male athlete of the year award in 2005...Holds the school record for the 265-pound clean and 545-pound dead lift...A three-sport athlete at Skyline and three-sport varsity letterwinner, also was a four-year academic letterwinner and four-time academic all-state...High school football coach was Bob Knapton.
