2012 Spring Game

2012 Spring Game; April 21, 2012 - Sonny Lubick Field at Hughes Stadium

2012 (Junior): A reserve in the Rams receiving corps, has played in the first two games to open the 2012 season... Speed and athleticism makes him a threat every time he's on the field...

2011 (Sophomore): One of several weapons in the CSU receiving corps, played in the season's first two games, but aggravated a thigh injury first sustained during fall camp and did not play the remainder of the year...Did not catch a pass.

2010 (Freshman): A versatile athlete like his older brother, worked his way into the wide-receiver rotation and played in six games...Caught one pass on the year, for 10 yards...A true freshman, made his college debut at No. 25 Air Force (Oct. 9)...At No. 9 Utah (Oct. 23), made his first career reception, his only 2010 catch, a 10-yard grab in the fourth quarter from Pete Thomas.


High School: The No. 4 quarterback and No. 34 overall prospect on the Orlando Sentinel's Central Florida Top 100, also played running back, wide receiver and cornerback as a four-year letterman...Accounted for 60 touchdowns and 5,301 yards from scrimmage in his career at Lake Highland Prep in Orlando, a program that produced NFL player Max Starks (Steelers)...A two-year team captain, earned consecutive all-state and all-district selections as a junior and senior...Threw for 2,313 yards and 25 touchdowns in three years as a passer, and finished his career with 34 TDs and 2,565 yards on the ground...As a senior, led the Highlanders to a 10-2 record and the second round of the Florida 2B playoffs, where they lost to the eventual state runner-up...Earned 2009 all-state, all-county and all-district recognition, in addition to a spot in the Orlando Sentinel's top 25 quarterbacks in all of Florida...Passed for 1,094 yards and 12 touchdowns, and ran for 560 yards and 11 more scores as LHP finished second in its loaded district...As a junior, garnered all-state and all-district honors after averaging better than 11 yards per carry (1,130 yards) and scoring 14 rushing touchdowns; also completed 61 percent of his passes for 762 yards and nine scores in 2008...Neared 1,000 yards on the ground as a sophomore, racking up 875, and ran for nine TDS, while throwing for 457 yards and four TDs...Lettered as a freshman wide receiver in 2006, with 423 receiving yards and one TD...Also lettered in track and weight lifting...Head football coach was Tim Borcky, his father...Owned a 3.1 GPA...Had 4.5-second speed in the 40-yard dash...Also recruited by Air Force, Navy, Rutgers, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, Army, Mississippi State and Memphis.
