2007-08 (FRESHMAN)
Emerged as a role player who came off the bench in the middle of the season...Made at least one three pointer in 11 games...Recorded a career-high nine rebounds in a win vs. Western State (12/29)...Shot a perfect 4-of-4 from the field against San Diego State (1/29) on his way to a career-high 12 points...Hit three shots from beyond the arc in the game...Played a career-high 26 minutes on the road at Utah (2/2)... Followed that with his second double-figure scoring performance, at New Mexico (2/5), when he finished with 10 points on 4-of-7 shooting from the floor... Helped CSU to an opening round victory vs. Wyoming (3/12) in the Mountain West tournament with eight points, seven rebounds and three blocked shots in the win.


HIGH SCHOOL
As a senior, was a McDonald's All-America nominee, a preseason first-team all-Western League selection and first-team Los Angeles city section...Was ranked the ninth-best player in the Los Angeles city selection...A Top 25 all-star selection of the Full Court Press All-West Camp, also named a first-team selection at the Pangos Cream of the Crop Tournament... Finished high school with 3.2 GPA...Was ineligible to play his senior year of high school per California state transfer rules.

Born Sept. 27, 1988, to Richard and Lorin Clayman in Los Angeles, Calif...Has two brothers, Ryan Clayman (21) and Larry Johnson (21), both of whom play basketball for Lewis and Clark College (Ore.)... Has one sister, Noelle Clayman (5)... Father played basketball at Pomona (Calif.) College and grandfather Frankie Rodriguez played football at the University of Hawaii...Also recruited by Washington State, Oregon State, Penn, Davidson, SMU and Cal Poly... Lists his favorite athlete as Adam Morrison and the Los Angeles Lakers as his favorite professional team.
