Athletics Council for Diversity & Inclusion (ACDI)
The ACDI meet regularly to discuss inclusion matters and goals within the Department of Athletics and to explore collaborative efforts with other university and external diversity initiatives. This council is made up of a dynamic grouping of staff, faculty, coaches, administrators, and student athlete representatives.

EMPOWER Student Athlete Advisory Board
A key resource to the Office of Diversity & Inclusion in the Department of Athletics is the EMPOWER student athlete advisory board. This diverse board of student athletes is in charge of raising awareness to diversity and inclusion issues related to the experiences of student athletes. The EMPOWER board works to plan and host engaging service events, symposiums, and programming aimed at enriching student athlete experiences and their relationship with Colorado State University peers, faculty, staff and the surrounding communities.
