USTFCCCA National Poll

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Despite having last week off, the Colorado State men’s cross country team remained ranked in the United States Track & Field Cross Country Association NCAA Division I Cross Country Coaches’ Poll, entering the week at the No. 22 slot.

Already in good standing for the NCAA regionals later this fall, the Rams chose to stay back in Fort Collins to prepare for the upcoming MW championships, instead of running in last weekend’s Pre-Nationals meet.

The Mountain West has a strong presence in the national poll, with four ranked teams. New Mexico is ranked No. 9 this week, followed by Boise State at No. 20, CSU at No. 22 and Air Force at No. 28.

Both the men’s and women’s teams are off this weekend, and will travel south next week to Colorado Springs for the MW championships on Nov. 1.
