Earned Mountain West academic all-conference honors... Named to All-Mountain West Women's Cross Country Second Team.

  • Took 63rd at the Greater Louisville Classic, running the 6k in 17:44.47.
  • Finished the 6k in 21:04 at the Wisconsin-Adidas Invitational, CSU's third-best time for the race.
  • Finished in 12th place at the Mountain West Conference Championships, crossing the finish line in 21:28.01 for the 6k race.
  • Finished 63rd at the NCAA Mountain Regional, running the 6k in 22:10.7.

2011 (Sophomore)
Earned Mountain West Academic all-conference honors... At the Wyoming Invitational (Sept. 2) she finished in 14:36.6, taking third place overall... At the Rust Buster Invitational (Sept. 10) she clocked in at 14:23.78 which earned her first place at the meet... Timed in at 21:54 at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 24), good for third on the CSU squad... At the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational (Oct. 14) she crossed the finish line in 21:10, which again earned her third among her Rams teammates... At the Mountain West Championships (Oct. 29) she finished in 21:25.9 to take 10th place... At the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships (Nov. 12), she took 30th place and third on the CSU squad, finishing with a time of 21:59.9.

2010 (Freshman)
Came in 19th in the 2.5-mile race at the Wyoming Invitational (Sept. 3), with a time of 15.52.4... Placed 17th in the 5,000-meter race at the CSU Invitational (Sept. 11), finishing in 20:01.1.

Thompson Valley High School
Earned letters in cross country, swimming and track while attending Thompson Valley High School in Loveland, Colo... Was the team MVP for cross county in 2005 and was the team captain in 2008... Part of two state championship cross country teams in 2006 and 2008 as well as two state championship track teams in 2008 and 2009.

Born May 5, 1991, to Zan and Kathy Pensack-Rinehart in Fort Collins, Colo... Has two older brothers, Nathan and Seth, and an older sister, Rachel... Majoring in health and exercise science.
