• Took fourth place with time of 15:30.4 in 5k at Colorado State Open.
• Finished in 65th place, the second-highest finish for a CSU men's athlete, at the Greater Louisville Classic 8k with a time of 24:52.23.
• Crossed the finish line in 24:31 at the Wisconsin-Adidas Invitational 8k, second among CSU men's runners.
• Took 22nd place at the Mountain West Conference Championships with a time of 25:07.08 in the 8k.
• Finished 43rd in the 10k at the NCAA Mountain Regional with a time of 31:30.2, best on the CSU squad.

2011 (Freshman)
Received Mountain West all-academic honors fall 2011... At the Wyoming Invitational (Sept. 2), he clocked in at 23:20.1, good for 18th place... At the Rust Buster Invitational (Sept. 10), he finished in 19:40.55 which earned him 33rd place... Finished in a time of 26:50.9 at the Mountain West Championships (Oct. 29), good for 35th place.

Palmer High School
A three-year all-state cross country athlete out of Palmer High School, led his high school cross country team to the state meet all four years... Earned an eighth-place finish in the state cross country meet his freshman year followed by a pair of ninth-place finishes in junior and senior seasons... Was named to the all-Southwest regional team his junior and senior year and a three-time state qualifier in the 1,600-meter run... Qualified for the state meet in the 800-meter run sophomore and junior seasons, finishing eighth at the 2010 state meet... Held a 4.58 grade-point average, which earned him first-team academic all-state cross country honors his junior and senior years.
