COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado State sophomore Kiah Hicks was named Mountain West co-Athlete of the Week Tuesday after her impressive performance at the Tom Benich Invitational on March 22.

Her discus mark of 177 feet, 6 inches was a personal record and sits atop the Mountain West standings for the discus. It's also the third best mark in all of Division I this season.
Her 194-7 mark in the hammer throw is currently second in the Mountain West standings for the event, and 17th in the nation. Her shotput throw of 46-2.5 is currently good for sixth in the Mountain West.
Colorado State will next participate at the Fum McGraw Quadrangular Saturday in Fort Collins. The meet is the first at home during the 2013 season for Colorado State.
