NEW ORLEANS, La. – Trevor Brown, Justin Green and Kiah Hicks were each named to the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association's second-team All-American list Monday.

Second-team honors were given to those who finished between ninth and 16th in their respective events at last weekend’s NCAA championships. Brown finished 13th in the 60-meter hurdles, Green took 13th in the heptathlon and Hicks placed 15th in the weight throw.

It’s the first time in program history that two men were named indoor All-Americans in the same season, and the first time the CSU men’s indoor team has had an All-American since 2005. This is Brown’s third career All-American honor, with two in the 110-meter hurdles (2012 and 2013). Green is the first CSU men’s athlete to earn an All-American award in a multi-event.

This is Hicks’ first career All-American nod. She is the first women’s indoor All-American since Janay DeLoach and Katie Lloyd each earned the honor in 2007.

The Rams will split their squad this week for the first outdoor meet of the year. The multi-event athletes will head to the Tom Benich Classic at Northern Colorado beginning Thursday, and the rest of the squad will travel to Boulder for the Jerry Quiller Classic which starts Friday.
