Corvallis High School
Whitney lettered in volleyball, basketball and track while attending Corvallis High School in Corvallis, Mont. She was named all-conference as a volleyball and track athlete and received the All-Valley Sportsmanship Award. She was the state champion in the 4x100-meter relay in 2006 and 2007 and was also the state champion in the 100-, 200- and 300-meter races in 2008. Whitney holds her high school record in the 400-meters with a time of 57.9. She was an all-conference player as she captained her volleyball team in 2008. She was also an all-star player as she captained the basketball team in 2008 and 2009. Whitney was named academic all-state and was on the honor roll and a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal
Born on March 4, 1991, to Stacey and Marilyn Auch in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has two younger sisters, Angella and Marsaday, and a younger brother, Colby. She is majoring in political science.
