Fossil Ridge High School
Elizabeth was a varsity letterwinner in both track and softball while attending Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Collins, Colo. She was named all-state in both the discus and the shot put, and she holds the school records in those events as well. She was also state champion in the shot put (once) and in the discus throw (three times).

Elizabeth was born March 29, 1990, to Tom and Michelle Johnson. She has two brothers, Jacob and Kyle. Her father played football while attending Adams State College. She is majoring in art.
