2006: Qualified for the NCAA Regionals in the shot put and hammer. Won the MWC title in the hammer, was fifth in the shot put and 11th in the discus. Finished in the top 11 in every meet in all three events throughout the year. During the indoor season he threw a personal best 55-8.5 in the shot put en route to a second-place finish at the conference championship and was second in the weight throw, earning all-conference honors in both. Ranks fifth in school history in the weight throw and 10th in the hammer, as well as 11th in the indoor and 10th in the outdoor shot put.

2005: Finished second at the Mountain West Conference Championship in the shot put and then tallied career-best throws in both the discus and hammer to place fourth and fifth, respectively. Won the shot put at both the Don Kirby and Rob Upton Invitationals. Had 14 top-five finishes during the outdoor season. Finished sixth in the weight throw and seventh in the shot put at the MWC Indoor Championship. Had four top-five finishes during the year.

2004: Was seventh at the conference championship in both the shot put and discus and was ninth in the hammer. Notched three top five finishes as a freshman for the Rams. During indoor, he was sixth in the weight throw and seventh in the shot put at the league championships and had four top-five placings throughout the year.
