2009 (Indoor Sophomore): Allison began her indoor season with a great showing in the Air Force Collegiate Invitational (Feb. 13) by claiming first place overall in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 18:24.57. She had a 10th-place finish in the 3,000-meter run (10:28.57) and a seventh-place finish in the 5,000-meter run (39:19.24) at the MWC indoor championships. Allison scored twice in her first outdoor season, at the Wyoming City Duals (April 18) and the MWC championships (May 13). She finished third in the 3,000-meter run at the Wyoming City Duals (10:44.41) and seventh in the 10,000-meter run at the MWC championships (39:19.44). Her best time in the 1,500-meter run came at the Front Range Invitational (May 2) as she finished 10th (5:01.36).

2008 (Indoor Freshman): Allison posted two scores during the indoor season. She finished in third place in the 3,000-meters (10:32.16) at the Air Force Invitational (Feb. 1) and added her first career win in the 5,000-meters (17:41.41) at the MWC indoor championships (Feb. 28), earning all-conference honors in the process. She then redshirted the outdoor season. She was also named an MWC Scholar-Athlete for 2007-08.

High School: Allison lettered in three sports while attending Northglenn High School in Northglenn, Colo. She was named first-team all-conference in the 1,600- and 3,200-meters, as well as in cross country. She was also named all-state in the 3,200-meters in 2006 and 2007, and in cross country in 2007. She holds the school record in the 3,200-meters. She was named MVP in track in 2006 and 2007, and in cross country in 2007.

Personal: Allison was born July 7, 1989, to Thomas and Glenna Gohl in Dallas, Texas. Has an older brother, Matthew. She is majoring in biomedical sciences.
