Media Relations
Colorado State is a nationally prominent brand, due in large part to the success of its athletic teams and the media coverage they receive. On a daily basis, the Rams are covered by five newspapers in addition to the Associated Press. What's more, eight area television stations and several radio outlets along the front range come to campus to interview and feature CSU's student-athletes and coaches. The school's athletic programs also are covered by several Web sites.

Rams coaches, student-athletes and athletic administration work closely with the media relations staff in servicing the media. In addition to coordinating interviews and press conferences, the office compiles and presents accurate information to the public and media utilizing several communications platforms, including press releases and media guides.
Media relations also issues credentials to home athletic events and, seven days a week, delivers the latest news, statistics and features to the public and media on CSURams.com.
