Colorado State on a weekly basis reaches thousands of homes throughout the region. Eight area television stations and several radio outlets along the front range come to campus to interview and feature CSU's student-athletes and coaches.

Rams Sports Magazine Show - NoCo5
Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. MT

RSM covers all aspects of CSU athletics, from football to swimming. RSM also highlights student-athletes and feature one-on-one interviews with CSU coaches, including Steve Fairchild (football), Tom Hilbert (volleyball), Tim Miles (men's basketball) and Kristen Holt (women's basketball).

Airing every Thursday night throughout the academic year, the show also includes insight from Kowalczyk and Voice of the Rams Jerry Schemmel, and tell countless stories inside CSU's 16 varsity programs and its 400 student-athletes.

NoCo5 also broadcasts Steve Fairchild's press conference in primetime on Monday nights.

With Fairchild, host Susie Wargin breaks down highlights from the Rams' game played the previous day, looks ahead to the next contest, and interviews a CSU player in studio. The show is produced by Jeff Dressel and Matt Arnold. David Hunt is the station's executive sports producer.

There will be no show on Nov. 15 during the team's bye week.

In the fall of 2006, CSTV Networks and the Mountain West Conference kicked off an unprecedented 14-year relationship to offer the most in-depth coverage ever, centered around one Division I-A conference. The centerpiece of this historic relationship is the launch of The mtn. ("the mountain")--MountainWest Sports Network, the first-ever super regional sports network, serving the Mountain West Conference 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to football, The mtn. features coverage of every Mountain West Conference sport, including men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, soccer, softball, baseball and much more.

Rams Radio Network:

  • Rams football is broadcast statewide on the Colorado State Sports Network presented by Nelligan Sports Marketing. Pregame coverage begins two hours prior to kickoff; the postgame show lasts one hour. The flagship station is KLZ, 560 AM, in Denver. The other station on the network is KCOL, 600 AM, in Denver.
  • Western Slope: Grand Junction station KNZZ (1100 AM) and Glenwood Springs' KGLN (980 AM) will also air every football game this season.
  • CSU men's basketball also is available for every game the Rams play.
  • Fans can catch several volleyball matches live on KCSU, 90.5 FM.

Coors Light Steve Fairchild Coach's Show
Wednesdays at 7 p.m. MT

New Voice of the Rams Jerry Schemmel hosts the Coors Light Steve Fairchild Coach's Show, which airs on 560 KLZ - the flagship station for the CSU Radio Network. There will be no show on Nov. 11 due to the team's bye week, and the final show will air on Monday, Nov. 23, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Fans are encouraged to attend the show at the Stonehouse Grille, 125 S. College Ave. in Fort Collins' historic Old Town district near the CSU campus, and make up the live audience. The show features analysis from the just-completed contest and previews the week's upcoming game. Fans who aren't able to be part of the audience can still ask Fairchild questions.
