Danielle Marshall begins her second season as an assistant director of media relations in the Colorado State University department of athletics. She began work at Colorado State in June of 2009.
Marshall heads the publicity efforts and serves as a media liaison for Colorado State's women's basketball, men's and women's golf and men's and women's track & field.
Starting out as an intern in the CSU marketing department in 2007, Marshall worked on the sidelines during football, volleyball, and men's and women's basketball helping out with the in-game promotions. In the spring of 2008, she also handled all of the in-game promotions for CSU softball. In April of 2008, Marshall was hired as a web content coordinator in the department of Web communications, a role in which she handled all maintenance and content for CSURams.com, the official site of CSU athletics.
Marshall graduated from Colorado State in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in technical journalism.
