This season, Dick Wiedeman is celebrating 40 years of attending CSU football games. He has purchased season tickets each year since 1970, and in that time has never missed a home football game.
Since first attending football games at the old field on College Avenue in 1965, Dick and his wife Nancy have been avid supporters of the Rams. These great Ram fans lend support to other CSU Athletics programs, including men’s basketball and women’s volleyball. As members of the Ram Club, Dick and Nancy understand that supporting student-athlete scholarships not only provides opportunities for our students but elevates the status of CSU Athletics as a whole.
According to Dick, “We give so the students can get an excellent education, graduate, and be a part of the best athletic program in the Mountain West. These experiences will allow them to be successful in whatever they do after their time at CSU.”
CSU Athletics would like to thank Dick and Nancy Wiedeman for their loyalty and support. For more information on how to become involved in supporting Ram Athletics, please contact the Ram Club office at (970)491-4666.
