FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Four CSU legends will be making appearances as guest bartenders this Thursday, from 6-8:30 p.m. at Lucky Joe’s bar in Old Town Fort Collins. All proceeds and tips from the event will be going directly to the Ram Club to fund CSU student-athlete scholarships.
The function will serve as a warm-up event for the upcoming Ram Good Time Auction March 5. There will be several free giveaways, including two free tickets to the auction and some CSU gear.
The special guest bartenders will include David Anderson and Mike Briesel, who both signed with the Houston Texans after departing from CSU in 2006 and have remained active members on the team’s NFL roster for the last five years.
Also set to make an appearance will be Clint Oldenburg of the Washington Redskins. Oldenburg signed with the New England Patriots after his selection in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft, and then was signed by Washington two years later.
Rounding out the mix will be the 1999 MWC Offensive Player of the Year, Kevin McDougal, who spent his rookie season in 2000 as a member of the Indianapolis Colts organization.
Fans are invited to come pack the house and continue to help fund Colorado State student-athlete scholarships.
Good Time Auction
