COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A total of 36 Colorado State student-athletes have been honored with academic all-conference awards for their work in the classroom during the fall season. The Mountain West made the announcement Thursday.
The 36 student-athletes honored by the MW compete in five sports at CSU:Men's cross country (eight), women's cross country (seven), football (14), and women’s volleyball (seven).
To be eligible for selection, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic term at Colorado State while maintaining a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or better, and be a starter or significant contributor on his/her team.
