The NCAA has implemented hundreds of rules for Division I institutions across the country. It is important for administration, coaches, student-athletes, parents, fans, etc. to understand the importance of complying with these rules.

The compliance staff here at CSU has developed this website to make learning these regulations simple and easy. Ram Spam is a monthly publication posted that addresses different issues seen in the athletic department. This is a great place to start if you're looking for explanations on certain rules that you may not be aware of. This newsletter has been around since 2008, and there is access on this page to all of them. Keep in mind that some of the older ones may have outdated rules. Check this page every month to read the new Ram Spam issue!

The Compliance Office will also start posting a Question of the Week to help with current issues that we see in our athletic department. This is especially important to coaches, administration and current student-athletes to help with avoiding potential violations. Of course, if you're ever unsure about a current rule contact the Compliance Office!
